“The leading consumer platform promoting gastronomy, hospitality, wine, tourism, and culinary culture from Spain to the United States.”
The Association's focus is on creating strategic opportunities that connect Spain and the United States through gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, culture, wine, and business relationships.
The annual event platform that helps us accomplish this mission is the Miami Seafood Festival with U.S. Paella Championship, which will serve as the official public launch platform for the USSGA.

Our primary goals over the coming months for both the Festival and the USSGA are to:
• Build strategic partnerships
• Recruit founding members
• Secure sponsors and hospitality partners for the Festival
• Develop culinary, wine, tourism, and cultural programming
• Expand media and promotional relationships
• Create participation from chefs, restaurants, and exhibitors
• Establish collaborations with Spanish governmental, tourism, and trade organizations
The Association is designed to become a year-round platform supporting Spain’s gastronomy, tourism, culture, wine, and hospitality brands through events, promotions, media exposure, educational initiatives, networking opportunities, and consumer engagement experiences.
Finally, as part of our strategy to establish the Association as a national organization, we will produce five consumer events in key states across the United States where the largest populations of people from Spain currently live and visit.
