About Paella Week

Paella Week runs January 20–29, 2027, bringing together restaurants, chefs, special venues, and food lovers to celebrate paella and Spanish gastronomy across South Florida. Participating restaurants will host special events and surprises, offering opportunities to discover new places, meet the people behind the food, and enjoy paella, tapas, jamón ibérico, wine, cava, and much more at venues throughout Miami.

The Paella Week Kickoff Party is scheduled for Saturday evening, January 23, at Mariano Moreno Culinary Institute.

Casa Millar on Bird Road and Coral Way will host its Paella Week event on Thursday, January 28. Look for the full schedule soon, with many more restaurants expected to join.

Paella Week leads into the U.S. Paella Championship and Miami Seafood Festival, taking place January 30–31 at Tropical Park. Participating restaurants will support the Miami Power Team Foundation with a donation of $1–$2 from each featured dish.
